| More information | This get-to-know class is free for SYKETTÄ-users! Just enroll normally via the sports calendar. Laughter yoga is a practice involving prolonged voluntary laughter. Laughter yoga is based on the belief that voluntary laughter provides the same physiological and psychological benefits as spontaneous laughter. You do not need any special equipment, just dress in comfortable, elastic clothes and take warm shirt with you, in case you get cold. |
